Open Enrollment Information
The district has set the schedule for open enrollment. If you can not attend the scheduled meeting at your site you may attend any of the other meetings. I have included three files which will help you in answering questions about the open enrollment process and insurance information.

I-Portal Information -
Leave Plan balances are now available for all employees to view on the iPortal at: http://www.maranausd.org/portal. Once you log in, choose Employee Resources and then Attendance.
Some have inquired as to what their password to access the IPortal leave availability is. If you have an account with a network password it will be the same password to access your IPortal information. If you did open enrollment last year this means you have a log in account and may have just forgotten your password. If this is the case just call Marcia Berry at 682-4816. It is extremely important that you read and understand the following information regarding the initial use of this new feature:
- The balances are good as of the date posted at the top of the screen. Balances will be updated regularly and new dates posted.
- Also noted at the top of the screen: If you believe your information is incorrect, please contact your site secretary for clarification.
Non-Exempt (hourly employees) will have view privileges only at this time. Your information will continue to be entered by your site secretary and viewable on the portal.
Paperless Direct Deposit Slips -
Please see the attached information regarding the ability to receive your direct deposit information electronically.
