Welcome to MESP!

Marana Education Support Professionals is your local Association, which represents you in negotiations with Marana School District, our employer. Marana ESP prides itself in being the employee's ADVOCATE.

Our member dues support the local, the state and the national associations who serve your needs through the Organizational Consultants.

We ask questions, seek information, and resolve issues with administration on behalf of our classified employees. Marana ESP members attend workshops with the same goal in mind– to better inform ourselves so that we can represent you in situations that are related to your employment in MUSD.

Our local Association is part of a larger statewide group called the Arizona Education Association (AEA), and the National Education Association (NEA), which assist us to provide valuable programs.
